Our mission is to assemble the best possible high school talent to play at the highest levels of competitive baseball assisting in advanced player development.  Our top-ranked players and winning tradition is well established and recognized on a national basis.  Our players are regularly scouted by Major League Baseball and the highest level of collegiate ball.

We do not take credit for a player’s natural or hard earned talents.  We look to further develop the intangible elements of a player so that the characteristics of determination, willpower, competitive spirit, and success will be with a player forever. We are most proud of the fact that we have instilled a basis of extraordinary character that has followed our players into their chosen careers as successful professionals, tradesmen, coaches, and other fields. 

Our former players feel a part of a special fraternity that does not end when they leave our program.   We want the experience for every player that becomes a Farrah player to be one that will be enjoyed and last a lifetime.
